The firm provides extensive services pertaining to estate planning. Although we are a small firm, our expertise is as sophisticated as firms many times our size. We specialize in solving challenging issues facing our clients in order to enable them to transfer their property to their loved ones with the least administrative involvement and tax cost.

We draft and supervise the execution of wills, living trusts, living wills, health care proxies and powers of attorney and other pertinent documents which give the fullest effect permitted under the law to our clients' wishes. We are fully prepared and qualified to litigate matters relating to trusts and estates, including the resolution of estate tax disputes on behalf of our clients.

The firm prides itself on its sensitivity in matters relating to planning our clients' estates and the administration of their estates after death, diligently attending to the many details that ensure disposition in the most expeditious and tax effective manner.

DOMESTIC RELATIONSHIP AND FAMILY LAW ISSUES
Matters of what is generally referred to as "family law" are fraught with emotional as well as legal issues and bring to the fore the firm's strengths as counselor and legal adviser. The practice encompasses traditional areas of family law, such as prenuptial agreements, separation agreements, divorce and child custody.

Our attorneys are also expert in non-traditional and emerging areas of the law, including the drafting of cohabitation agreements for unmarried and lesbian and gay couples; assistance with single parent adoptions, and the preparation of surrogacy, donor-insemination and other agreements governing the complex life arrangements of our diverse clientele. We deal effectively with issues and disputes relating to property rights and the disposition of jointly held property and will, when necessary, institute litigation to ensure the protection of these rights.
